There was a bug in the Etsy app and instead of my default address being used, a previous address was enabled. As a result the item was sent to a different country. Obviously not the fault of the seller, I will only comment on the offered support. The seller waited 2 months to receive it back and then send it to me (although the item was in stock and, I think, it would have been more helpful to have offered a replacement). In addition, due to the mistake I had to pay the postal cost myself, which was 1/4 of the price of the item (in that case, I think, a refund of the original purchase should have been offered as an option). The earrings themselves are very heavy and not easy to wear.
